In September 2014 the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain launched a collection to raise funds for ‘Patriot Defence’, a movement based in America, which purchases Improved First Aid Kits and provides Combat Lifesaver training for Ukrainian Patriots.

The total collected to date in this country (as at 28 January 2015) is £41,049.20.  These funds were transferred to "Patriot Defence" in October & November 2014, and January and April 2015.

It is important that this campaign should continue because it will help to save the lives of those, who are currently defending the independence, sovereignty, and freedom of the land of our fathers.

Please consider making a donation if you have not done so already. Please also spread the word and consider holding small collections during events that are to take place in your local community for Patriot Defence. Every donation will help - no matter how small.

We are reproducing the poster below which has been appearing in the Ukrainian Thought. This includes details on the ways in which you can donate.  All benefactors names and donations
will be published in the Ukrainian Thought.
