AUGB RADA MEETING

The AUGB General Council held its first meeting of the year in Nottingham on 31 January.

Among the items discussed were AUGB finances and structure, sale of property in Cheltenham, Holodomor, website, proposals of European Congress of Ukrainians, the National Museum of Ukraine and the British Ukrainian Society, situations regarding AUGB Branches in Manchester, Nottingham, Carlisle, London, Luton, Edinburgh, the former Ukrainian Students Home and the Ukrainian Chapel in Lockerbie, Branch AGMs and the 64 AUGB AGM - which is due to take place on 30 May in Stockport (subject to availability). 

A circular will be sent out shortly to Branches relating specifically to some of the issues mentioned above.
