CALL FOR STUDENT VOLUNTEERS

12.05.11

The Oxford Volunteers for Chornobyl Scheme is launching its call for applications for the summer of 2011.

Every summer since 2007, Oxford University Ukrainian Society, together with its partners in Ukraine, including the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, the UNDP Ukraine and UN Volunteers, has been sending Oxford and European undergraduate and graduate student volunteers to Chornobyl-affected territories in Ukraine.

This year the Society is extending the scheme to North American students.

It is a fantastic experience for anyone wishing to do development work in Ukraine, conduct research pertinent to the scheme, immerse into Ukrainian culture and authentic countryside living!
