A delegation of 24 Ukrainians (art-curators, coordinators, journalists, artists, critics etc.), headed by the director of the Arts Support Fund (Kyiv), www.foundart.org.ua , Yuri Krulikovsky, arrived in London earlier this week to take part in the Kinetic Art Fair 2010 http://www.kinetica-artfair.com

Yesterday Mr Krulikovsky and a several members of the delegation visited AUGB's Central Office in Notting Hill to discuss the possibilities of developing closer links between the AUGB and the Arts Support Fund, which for 15 years has promoted the achievements of Ukrainian talent in art and culture.

The AUGB’s Chief Executive summarised the history and activities of the AUGB and the delegation was also given a tour of the Shevchenko Library & Archive.   The delegation donated to the Shevchenko Library a number of high quality catalogues from art exhibitions in which the Fund has taken part and also a magnificent publication,  "Ukraine: A Chronology of Development" which
forms part of a series of projects in which the Fund is currently participating.
